This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.12005 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m until further orders.
