ORDER
The learned counsel for the 2nd Respondent Board has submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the Petitioner was promoted from Assistant to Port Conservator on 9.5.2005 and thereafter, he was promoted as Superintendent on 3.6.2009 and subsequently, he had retired on superannuation on 31.3.2011 as Superintendent and further, his all terminal benefits have been settled and he is now receiving monthly pension and also filed a letter dated 27.06.2016 to that effect. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
