This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first to fourth respondents to dispose the petitioner representation dated 08.10.2020 in accordance with law. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.10.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the patta granted in favour of the 5th respondent.

2.Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 2 submitted that the 3rd respondent has already called the parties to conduct an enquiry on 14.12.2020 at 11.00 am. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and other necessary and interested parties and the 3rd respondent shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
