ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Wakf Tribunal in the manner known to law.
