Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings dated 18.10.2013 on the file of the
first respondent herein, and to quash the same, and to direct the first respondent either to make the road leading from Perumugai Village to Vellore-Arcot National Highways Road, as a useable road for any vehicle, without any elevation or height at the entry point or to provide an alternative road for the use of any tupe of vehicle, to have an access to the National Highways Road, in accordance with the law and the procedure, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.10.2013 passed by the first respondent, thereby directed the petitioner not to operate his vehicle in the road meant for residential purpose.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner had deposited certain amount in which the road has been laid and the petitioner is permitted to ply his vehicle.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
