ORDER

The contempt petition on hand has been filed praying to punish the respondents herein under the provisions of Contempt of Court Act for willful disobedience of the order dated 03.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.19213 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Pleader would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner was considered and rejected by the Tahsildar in proceeding dated 28.03.2024. Thus no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 23.08.2024 Index : Yes (sha)
