The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the 39 recovery proceedings No.Sa.Mu.Aa S2.336/22 dated 22.07.2024 of the second respondent and quash the same in the light of the orders passed in W.P.Nos.20331, 20343, 20346, 20348, 20349, 20029, 20033, 20037 and 20042 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 with a further direction to refund the amount already recovered. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel would fairly submit that all the impugned orders have been passed without conducting any enquiry and would further submit that the respondents would like to withdraw the same, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide charge memorandum dated 12.02.2025.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the impugned orders dated 22.07.2024 are quashed and the matter is 2/4

remitted back to the respondents for fresh consideration in accordance with law.
