This petition is filed to relax the condition order dated 24.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4801 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Weekly twice on Monday and Thursday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Weekly twice on Monday and Thursday at 10.30 am until further orders, is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
