The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2009 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.27 of 2009, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.46 of 2015.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
