This is the fourth bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.03.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366(A), 376(3), 376(2)(n), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in crime No.52 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl aged about 16 years and committed rape on her. Hence, the complaint.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.11679, 14213 & 15955 of 2022, on 06.06.2022, 21.06.2022 and 08.07.2022 respectively, considering the fact that the petitioner had committed very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
