..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents one and two to receive and consider and grant approval for the demolition, planning permission, planning permit and building permit to the petitioners for putting up new construction in the property situated in Block No.T-12 and comprised in T.S.No.1 part Block No.41 of Urur Village at Besant Nagar, Chennai-90 on the land with total extent measuring 5950 sq.ft within the registration Sub-District of Adyar and Registration district of South the Corporation Zone 10 Division No.152 Bill No.1521 without insisting upon No Objection Certificate from the third respondent or any other authority so long as the petitioners construction activities are in accordance with the Development control rules.
