ORDER

In a suit for declaration of title and consequential injunction, the petitioner sought to implead himself as 6th defendant in the suit O.S.No.48 of 2019.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the petition filed for impleading himself as a party to the suit was dismissed by the trial court holding that the petition is not maintainable. Aggrieved over the order dismissing his petition on the ground of maintainability, the petitioner has preferred the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the suit has already been decreed and there is nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision petition.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.16037 of 2019 is closed.
