ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.980 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed order on 14.08.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 14.08.2024 passed by the respondent before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
