Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent herein from proceeding with further in pursuance of his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19982/2014 (Pa.2) dated 22.08.2014 pertaining to the patta transfer relating to the properties bearing S.No.153/1, 2, 154/1, 2 in 32 Nadu Halli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, till attaining finality on the Civil Proceedings.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. The learned counsel further seeks liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
