The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Cr.No.616 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.616/2012, further action was dropped on the basis of the letter given by the second respondent / complainant dated 18.07.2013 to the effect that he is not pressing the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
