ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in respect of his property comprised in S.No.159/2 situated at Neruperiachal village, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering his representation dated 04.05.2018 and 19.06.2018. 2.The case of the petitioner is that after demise of his father R.Venkatachalagounder, he has become absolute owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of 7425 sq.ft. comprised in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.159/2 situated at Neruperiachal Village, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur District and he has been paying necessary taxes before the concerned authorities. While this is so, he has given a representation on 04.05.2018 before the third respondent seeking for issuance of patta with necessary enclosures of documents. Finding no response, he is before this Court seeking the above prayer.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not produced the patta issued in the name of the petitioner's father or the previous vendor.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the petitioner to produce relevant documents forthwith. On receipt of the same, the Tahsildar, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
