The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2014 seeking action against the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her representation to the 1st respondent as early as on 27.03.2014, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2014 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 2nd respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
