In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition, the delay of 113 days in filing the above Review Application against the directions issued by this Court in the Interim Order dated 03.02.2020 passed in CMP No.27998 of 2019 in A.S.SR No.97129 of 2019, stands condoned.
