This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.05.2014, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the removal of the names of the respondents 3 & 4 from the joint patta issued in Joint Patta No.253.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was considered and it was found that the 4th respondent was in possession and enjoyment of the property and was carrying on with agricultural activities. Hence, it was decided to reject the claim made by the petitioner. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
