ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the first respondent bearing P.R.Nos.Vide in PR 26 / 2011 on 11.06.2012, PR.63/2012 on 17.08.2013, PR.03/2014 on 10.01.2015, P.R.17/2014 on 03.09.2014, P.R.21/2015 on 22.03.2016, P.R.45/2015 on 29.12.2015, P.R.64/2016 on 03.09.2016, P.R.09/2017 on 28.06.2017 and P.R.03/2018 on 16.03.2018 U/r.3(b) of T.N.P.S.S (D and A) rules 1955 and quashes the same and consequently direct the respondent to restore the increment and all other attendant benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the entire bundle has been handed over to the petitioner along with a change of

vakalat. Even then, the petitioner failed to engage any new counsel to represent the petitioner before this Court. Though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through a new counsel.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
