In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition, the delay of 113 days in filing the above Review Application against the directions issued by this Court in the Interim Order dated 09.12.2019 passed in MP No.1 of 2015 in A.S.SR No.11771 of 2015, stands condoned.
