ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to extend the time for furnishing sureties order passed in Crl.OP.No.485 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026.
2. This Court, while disposing of the petition in Crl.OP.No.485 of 2026 by order dated 12.01.2026, directed the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. However, now the petitioner has filed this petition praying to extend the time as he was taking treatment in Government Hospital for viral fever, because of which he could not comply with the said direction.
3. In view of the above submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the time to comply with the direction issued by this Court in Crl.OP.No.485 of 2026, by order dated 12.01.2026, is extended till 10.06.2026.
