ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to revise the Ordinary Grade, Selection Grade pay of the petitioners as indicated in Schedule - II of the Tamil Nadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 1998 as Rs.4000-6000, Rs.5000-8000 and Rs.5500-9000 and grant them promotion as Senior Field Assistants.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
