Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the imposed condition to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders, in the above Crl.O.P.No.13825 of 2019 on 29.05.2019 or pass any other conditions.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SYED KALEESHA A., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the imposed condition to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders, in the above Crl.O.P.No.13825 of 2019 on 29.05.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
