ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to take any coercive action of locking the rear portion entrance of the petitioner's shop No.26 at Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is liable to pay huge sum towards arrears of rent to the respondents and hence, liberty may be granted to the respondents to proceed further in accordance with law.

4. As the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, in turn granting liberty to the respondents to recover the arrears of rent, if any, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
