This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1409 of 2022 on 24.01.2022, in Clause (c) at para 6 as directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
