PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the order dated 16.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14880 of 2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.o.14880 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.94 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now ready to deposit the said amount in Crime Number, however seeks weeks time for complying with the condition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14880 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
