ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 387, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.760 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the Defacto complainant who is working as a Manager at Petrol Bunk, Kutteripattu. On the date of occurrence, the petitioner has filled up the petrol in his two wheeler for a sum of Rs.100/- and did not pay the amount, the same was questioned by the defacto complainant. For which, the petitioner has assaulted the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there are two previous against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by both counsel and also the fact that there are two previous cases against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to accede to the prayer as sought for by the petitioner.
