The writ petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in A.P.RC.No.55354 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent within a time frame.

2. According to the petitioner he filed an appeal before the first respondent challenging the order passed by the second respondent recognizing the third respondent as hereditary trustee of the temple. The said appeal was filed in August 2022.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the appeal is posted for next hearing on 26.07.2023.

4. In view of the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in A.P.RC.No.55354 of 2022 within a period of three months from today on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
