ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This is a petition for grant of ordinary leave to life convict Srinivasan @ Raji (C.T.No.6882), who is confined in Central Prison, Puzhal I, Chennai, based on the representation dated 24.10.2020 given by the petitioner herein, who is the wife of the convict.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Since 30 days ordinary leave is being sought, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 24.10.2020 in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982 and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
