This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of complaint dated 5.07.2019 and to file final report before the concerned court within stipulated period.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
