This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in Crime No.146 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is falsely implicated in Cr.No.146 of 2023 and he is in judicial custody from 16.05.2023. He has no previous cases pending. Therefore, this petition is filed seeking grant of bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner is found possession of 200 litres of country arrack and in search of his house it was found that he sold 50 litres of country arrack. Petitioner is now detained under the Goondas Act.

4.In the circumstances stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that petitioner is now detained under Goondas Act, even if bail is granted, there is no possibility for petitioner to come out in bail.
