These petitions have been filed to dispense with the production of the common Order and Decreetal in R.C.A.No.66 & 67 of 2021 dated 22.04.2025 passed by the learned IX Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai confirming the Decree and judgment against RCOP.No.874 of 2017 on the file of XII Small Causes Court, at Chennai.

2. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, these petitions are Ordered.
