Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent in Revision Petition No.14/2016 (Na.Ka.6063/2016/E2) dated 27.11.2017 by reinstating the petitioner in service with modified punishment within a time frame.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the second respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent dated 27.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was employed as Salesman under the second respondent. Whileso, vide order dated 14.05.2016, she was placed under suspension and after enquiry, vide order dated 26.09.2016, she was dismissed from service. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred revision petition in R.P.No.14/2016 before the first respondent. The first respondent vide order dated 27.11.2017 passed in the said revision petition directed the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service and to impose the punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of five years, however, the petitioner was not reinstated into service. Hence, this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the 'President' post is no more in existence and further submitted that the 'Special Officer' has already taken charge.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent The President/ Special Officer to implement the order passed by the first respondent in Revision Petition No.14/2016 (Na.Ka.6063/2016/ E2) dated 27.11.2017, without causing any further delay, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
