It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of each of the writ petition that, the petitioner in W.P.No.17621 had worked from 04.01.1991 to 31.05.1997, the petitioner in W.P.No.17623 had worked from 01.07.1990 to 31.05.1997, the petitioner in W.P.No.17624 had worked from 01.08.1995 to 30.06.1998, the petitioner in W.P.No.17626 had worked from 13.05.1991 to 30.06.1997, the petitioner in W.P.No.17627 had worked from 01.01.1995 to 31.07.1998 and the petitioner in W.P.No.17628 had worked from 01.01.1985 to 31.07.1998.

To substantiate the same, they have annexed various certificates issued by the concerned Engineers of TANGEDCO. The petitioners have submitted individual representations dated 24.03.2020, 18.03.2020, 18.03.2020, 20.03.2020, 24.03.2020 and 22.03.2020 respectively. Since the same have not been considered by the respondents, the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions seeking for the aforesaid prayer.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it would be suffice if this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent TANGEDCO submits that the representations submitted by the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law as per the directions of this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 24.03.2020, 18.03.2020, 18.03.2020, 20.03.2020, 24.03.2020 and 22.03.2020 respectively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
