ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to draw additional panel for the post of Assistant of the year 2011 as agreed vide Circular No.46/2012 dated 08.06.2012 and consequently grant promotion to the petitioners as Assistants along with seniority and monetary benefits.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners joined the respondent corporation as Packers/Bill Clerks on various dates and they were subsequently, promoted as Junior Assistants. Though they were eligible to be included in the panel for promotion for the year 2011 to the post of Assistants as per Circular No.46/2012 dated 08.06.2012, pursuant to the order dated 22.11.2012 passed in WP.No.22825 of 2012, their names were included only in the panel for the year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2012. In this regard, the petitioners submitted separate representations to the respondent, which were not considered till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3.On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent would consider the representations of the petitioners, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, on merits, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions now made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the respective representations submitted by the petitioners on 25.09.2013, 11.09.2013, 11.09.2013, 11.09.2013 and 21.10.2013, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
