ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to provide police protection on the basis of the order dated 19.06.2024 passed by the Hon'ble XVI Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai within the stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
