JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) We find no justification whatsoever for the present writ appeal. The learned Judge has under the impugned order dated 30.01.2025 considered the case of the parties relegating the petitioners to approach the DRO by way of appeal and we find no infirmity in this direction. Directions have been given in paragraph 8 for the time frame for disposal 2/5

of appeal as well.

Incidentally, the writ petition had originally been filed challenging only the order of the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar dated 22.02.2023. Even prior to the institution of the writ petition the petitioner, had challenged the order of the Tahsildar also by way of statutory appeal before the RDO, riding two horses simultaneously. Pending writ petition, the appeals filed before the RDO came to be disposed and the prayer was consequently amended.

Dismissed with no order as to costs.
