Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 12.07.2012 issued (Per)FB TANGEDCO Proceeding No.14 and the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 29.04.2013 issued in Per (FB) TANGEDCO Proceedings No.6 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 13.12.2013 within the stipulated period by this Court.

O R D E R
The second respondent in its proceedings dated 12.07.2012 issued (Per)FB TANGEDCO Proceedings No.14, and the consequential proceedings dated 29.04.2013 in Per (FB) TANGEDCO Proceedings No.6 are sought to be quashed.
2. The proceeding dated 12.07.2012 was the recruitment Notification for Class IV services namely ITI Helper [trainee]. The Board had undertaken to fill up 4000 posts of Helper [trainee] by directing the Recruitment Board through Employment Exchange, the Board calls for such a recruitment.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents state that, pursuant to the approval, the entire recruitment process had already been concluded and therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition became infructuous.
4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that they were engaged as contract labourers and they have got an existing right to be adjudicated.
5. This Court is of the opinion that if any other relief exist for the writ petitioners, it is left open to them to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. However, in respect of the impugned order dated 12.07.2012 as well as the
proceedings dated 13.12.2007 are concerned, the process of recruitment had already been concluded and the selected persons were appointed and were working for the past more than 5 years.
6. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
