ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the tender notice of the respondents 1 and 2 in Na.Ka.No.565/2015/A2 dated 18.02.2016 and consequential selection of the third respondent as successful bidder as null and void.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the tender period itself is three years, i.e., 2016-2019. Now, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
