ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Paragraph No.6 to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.147 of 2024 imposed in Crl.No.11043 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having difficulty to mobilize the money and unable to comply the conditional order imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the Petitioner has unable to comply the conditional order of this Court. Hence, he opposed to allow this petition.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.
5. Considering the fact that the condition was imposed only based upon the voluntary statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to modify the condition.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to move appropriate petition. 02-06-2026 Vv To
