ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner or her family members on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, which was taken on file by the 1st respondent as C.No.89 of 2016, in view of the civil suits O.S.No.125 of 2016 and O.S.No.349 of 2016 now pending on the file of the Court of the III Additional District Judge, Salem respectively.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by one Bakkiam, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.153 of 2016 and the same was closed on 01.09.2016.
