ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent/Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7334 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5650 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner is complying the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7334 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5650 of 2026, dated 22.04.2026.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
