ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of punishment passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Yercaud in C.C.No.17/2022 dated 29.08.2022 against the petitioners / accused 1 and 2 and the same was confirmed in Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.No.79 of 2022 dated 01.03.2025 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem and enlarge the petitioners on bail till the disposal of the above main Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners fail to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court and confirmed by the appellate Court.

4. The respondent is directed to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioners in order to comply the condition and sentence imposed by the trial Court, forthwith.
