Crl.MP.No.9439 of 2019 in Crl.RC.SR.No.31829 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Court, vide order dated 09.09.2019, was inclined to condone the delay, subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Court within two weeks from that day and the matter was directed to be listed for reporting compliance on 23.09.2019.

When the matter was called on 23.09.2019, the learned counsel sought for extension of time to pay the cost, as the order copy was made ready on 20.09.2019. Considering the said submission, this Court, had granted a further period of one week for payment of the cost and directed the matter to be listed on 30.09.2019. When the matter is taken up today, (01.10.2019), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 23.09.2019, has been complied with and the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Court. He has also produced the receipt, dated 24.09.2019, bearing No.957.

In view of the fulfilment of the condition imposed by this Court, the delay of 16 days is hereby condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
