PRAYER:- Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents relating to the order of the first respondent in F.No.R.13040/8/2018-HD (Tech) dated 15.06.2018 and quash the same in so far as academic year 2019-20 is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to process the application of petitioner and issuing approval for the academic year 2019-20 for Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) decree course at Nandha Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital at Thiruvachi Panchayat, Pitchandampalayam Post, Erode - 638 052 with an annual intake of 60 seats.
