The aforementioned Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed consequent to the unfortunate death of the second petitioner, N.Palanisamy, who had died on 15.04.2021. By way of the present petition, his wife M.Mallika and son P.Karthick are sought to be impleaded as further appellants.
2. In the affidavit filed, the facts have been stated that N.Palanisamy had left behind three legal heirs, namely, his mother and his wife and son. The mother is already a party/first appellant.
3. In view of these facts, which cannot be controverted since the petition had been filed by the wife, the petition is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main grounds of Second Appeal, record the death of N.Palanisamy/second appellant and to bring on record his legal representatives as 3rd and 4th appellants.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner may serve amended version of the grounds of second appeal to the learned counsel for the respondent indicating the amended cause title.
