ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.7429 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.7429 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on alternate working days at 10.30 a.m., until the completion of the trial.'
