ORDER

The civil revision petitioner seeks early disposal of the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.575 of 2021.

2. The respondent/wife had claimed maintenance in M.C.No.453 of 2019. In the said petition, maintenance was ordered, aggrieved by which the husband has moved an application to set aside the order granting maintenance in M.P.No.420 of 2022. The said application came to be dismissed against which a revision was preferred to this Court in Crl.R.C.No.2016 of 2023. In the said revision, a direction was given to the learned V Additional Principal Family Judge at Chennai to conclude the trial in M.C.No.453 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.575 of 2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The said order was passed on 19.02.2024.

3. Ms.Joshika, representing Ms.S.K.Inthu, would submit that the case is now posted for final arguments on 19.07.2024.

4. In the light of the direction granted by Hon'ble Mr.Justice M.Nirmal Kumar on 19.02.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.2016 of 2023, no further orders are necessary in the present revision. Page No 2 of 4

5. The learned Family Judge is requested to ensure, that the husband clears all the arrears, and also the fact that he is paying the monthly maintenance to his wife, before pronouncing judgment in the matter.
