This application to receive additional documents is taken out by the plaintiff. According to the affidavit, at the time of filing the suit, the additional documents now sought to introduce were not filed due to inadvertence and these documents are necessary to establish the case of the plaintiff. The suit is at the initial stage of prosecution. The applicant seeks leave of the Court to accept these additional documents. 2.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that subject to proof and relevancy of these documents, the same may be admitted in evidence on condition of payment of costs for the belated introduction of the documents.

3. Taking note of the fact, this application is allowed on condition to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Legal Service Authority on or before 08.10.2021. List the matter on 21.10.2021 for further proceedings. 29.09.2021 vri DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
